Subject: ISDN Routing
I have a customer who will need a section of a class C address, ie. with
a subnet mask 255.255.255.224 giving him 30 real IP addresses.
I have a Proteon GT70 ISDN router which we need to make dial up on demand
and connect to the portmaster (which has a 5 port BRI Card ). The
portmaster then to route any traffic for any of the 30 real ip's through
the one connection.
I think the way to do it is as follows but any comments are welcome.
Set up a location on the PM2ER which has the relevant ?Broadcast? address
and mask?
The router connects and authenticates via PAP? or CHAP ? which is better?
Some how route the information down to them.
As you can see a little guidance may go along way.

Stuart
