Cabling Question

Does anyone here use RJ-45 to DB-25 male converters with 8 wire silver satin
to connect their external modems to a Portmaster 2E ? We are considering
doing this so that we can get rid of our heavy duty 6 foot molded cable mess
and replace it with silver satin that's cut to exact length. Our only concern
is whether the silver satin can handle the 115200 port speed and all of
the control signals. If this is possible, can you give me your supplier or
part numbers for the adapters. Thanks.
