Actually we also use Cat 5 for the phone lines. You can get the cables
in different colors and you can wire 6 lines in one Cat 5 cable. We use
them one cable to 5 modems (gives you a spare line for every 5). If you
are already buying alot of Cat 5 for your 100 Base TX internal ethernet
you can buy large spools of the stuff and also use it for serial cables
and phone cables.
