That is correct. An IRX-114 has 1 ether, 1 async, and 4 sync.
2 T1/E1 sync
2 64K sync.

If you don't need the 64K ports, an IRX-112 is cheaper with 1 either,
1 asycn, and 2 sync T1/E1.
