PM3 and multiple PRIs (fwd)

Tell them you CANNOT support that. ALL of the PRIs must me 23B+D. Most
switches support hunt groups across mutliple PRIs without NFAS (D channel
sharing). Another issue - NFAS is generally only within a chassis. So
the best you would do is one 23B+D and one 24B in a PM-3.
