We had a meeting with engineering right around the PM3 release and they
told us that you should NEVER get a 'RINGING' on a PM3. In the PRI
signalling there is a command that tells the telco switch to tell the far
end switch to send the 'RINGING' sound to the customer. The PM3 never
sends that command, it just tells the switch to connect the call.
