PM3 Finally Up!

Well, after spending the last 6 hours on the phone with Bell, my PM3 is
finally up and running; the problem: Bell was configured with superframe
instead of extended superframe.

I'd like to say a special thanks to Todd at Livingston for staying
on-line with us to try and get things sorted out. It was very much
appreciated.
