Livingston has used at least two different net boot approaches
over the years. The "G" eprom that your using wants the
GENERIC to be located in a subdirectory "tftpboot" below
where ever your tftpd server is setup to point to.
Some of the eproms also require you to press 'esc' after the
first 'starting tftp' message (which aborts the tftp) and then
reissue the exact same 'tftp 206...' command a second time.
It seems the majority of the eprom versions that I've seen
will actually look for the GENERIC file in whatever directory
that your tftpd is pointing to; at least one eprom version
requires a deeper subdirectory.
Since Livingston does not post differences in eproms, and,
does not post a list of known problems, I'd suggest upgrading
the eproms to one of their latest versions ("M" was current
about a month ago).
