PM3 Modems stuck in "BOUND"

The following display shows seven modems stuck in the "BOUND" state.
They have been like this for several hours. Every 12 hours or so, another
modem gets stuck in "BOUND".

Doing a "reset mXX" does nothing. Some of the modems stuck in a "BOUND"
state, used to be attached to a port. I reset the port, which detaches
the modem, but the modem stays "BOUND". I believe that a "BOUND" modem
attached to a port was causing some callers to get a continous carrier
tone, rather than proper modem shaking. Every since dislodging the
"BOUND" modems from ports, this hasn't happened.

Anybody seen anything like this? Anyone have a PM3 running 3.5c2 with
more than 6 days of uptime?
