"reboot" lock-up w/ PM3 3.5c1

Ever since I upgraded my PM3 to ComOS 3.5c1, I've been unable to remotely
reboot the system. When I issue the "reboot" command, the system will go
into a state where it disconnects the PRI's (completely disables Line0,
and partially Line1), stops responding to the console and Ethernet port,
and hangs there indefinitely. Only a power-cycle will bring it back.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It only started appearing with
3.5c1 (3.5 worked fine).
