After reading this I checked our PM3's again and wouldn't you know it: six
of the modems are stuck in the "BOUND" state. I don't recall this ever
happening before we upgraded to 3.5c2 on Friday, but we had only had the
boxes up for two days before upgrading to 3.5c2.
I can't confirm at this point that the "BOUND" modems are in any way
contributing to the modem interoperability problems we have been
experiencing.
