Hey, that is good thinking! If it were 100% reproducable, though, we'd
expect to see a lot more than 6 "stuck" DSP's. You can turn the stuck
modems off with "set m33 off", then they change to the "ADMIN" state.
Then when you turn them back on they change to "TEST" and then back to
"READY".
