New Mailing List for PM3

I wanted to offer a suggestion to Livingston support - now that the PM3 is
out and generating a substantial amount of traffic on the portmaster-users
list, perhaps it would be benefical to create two separate and distinct
lists. One generic list (portmaster-users) could be kept for all support
issues excluding the PM3, while the new list (portmaster-users-PM3) would
be created specifically for the PM3.

Any comments?
