Most likely the 3rd most requested RFE. It follows OSPF (will be out
with 3.5) and SNMP (getting serious attention in engeineering now).

It isn't there, but it is being looked at. I've talked with various
engineers about this feature. Unfortunately, is we are going to
implement SNMP correctly we can't just clear the counters.
Yes, I agree that this is a much needed RFE. Keep telling us!

Sigh. Just because Cisco does it is not going to get it into the ComOS
any sooner. If you want it, you need to tell us WHY, and what the new
feature means to YOU in terms of operating the machines. Does it make
you job easier, faster, more effiecent? Does the feature make
diagnostics quicker, easier, more accurate? If so, by how much? What are
the steps you have to do now instead and how often? How do you do it on
the competition and what are the savings?
THAT is the kind of information I can take to engineering and get some
attention.
