PRI -> Analog Question

Hey all,
I have a question about PRI and regular POTs Lines. Does anyone
know if you can roll analog lines into to a PRI or vice versa? Let me
state this another way..
Let's say I have 40 Dialup Lines with regular POTS and there numbers are
say 555-1001 thru 555-1040 and then I want them to roll over into the PRI
which would have a PM3 attached to it, would it work or not. This is
Bell-South country, so it may be specific to Bell-South Land. Rep is on
vacation, the experts are in this group anyway. One reason I ask is the
demand for Dial-Up ISDN is growing, but it is not justifiable enough to
go totally digital yet. PRIs are overpriced compared to regular POTS and
regular ISDN around here.
