Well, I need to step in here.

The customer is not always right. In fact, the customer sometimes shoots
themself in the foot. The customer sometimes requests features that are
just plain dumb. This is a reality. Not all requested features will be
implemented, even ones that have a lot of requests. Sometimes two requested
features conflict and only one will be done. Sometimes the features lead
into areas we aren't planning to get into.

Not very. I believe they did ask for it.
