There's a *huge* interest. Pete and I happen to be dealing with the same
phone company. The current picture:

- Several ISPs in our area have completely unmetered PRIs.

- Our customers have to pay very metered ISDN access for outbound calls,
but they don't have to pay for incoming calls.

I think that should make it fairly clear why we all want to do this.
Currently, we're adding them in to the location table, but that's *nasty*
to do when you have a lot of ISDN users.

Some optional feature to limit the phone numbers which would be called
back would be really nice - perhaps if the PM3 would send a request to
the RADIUS server saying "Can I call this user back at this number" and then
we could all hack our RADII until the cows came home.

This option should be addable to RADIUS without any modification to the
portmaster by having it return a Callback-Number, correct?
