We can load balance lines if both ends are a Livingston. Say 2 IRX-114
units, you could balance both T1s.

For redundant links, I think this is the kind of thing OSPF can be used for.
Having multiple routes to get to the same place. Though BGP(4) would be
better - that's coming.
