No. Dialin-User are with nm 255.255.255.255, only the "static" machines on
the local net are with subnet-Mask 255.255.255.240.

Hm yes, and that is not needed, since the user netmask is .255
I am a bit confused, why the RIP-output has gone through the AND of the
.240 netmask, because only the ethernet has .240 as netmask, the customers
not.
