Dialback-Framed-User w/o location (was Re: Caller ID display on PM3)

More than what? It seems to me that the difference in data needed going
Login-User -> Dialback-Login-User is exactly the same as when going
Framed-User -> Dialback-Framed-User - i.e. a phone # and possibly a chat
script.

The PM can handle the former case via the simple addition of a
Callback-Number to the RADIUS entry (using a trivial chat script
hardwired in ComOS), I see no reason why it couldn't do the same for the
latter case?
