Adtran XRT to PM2e w/2B channels (ISDN)

I have an Adtran XRT that I dial into a PM2e that is attached to our "closed"
network at the office. The Adtran XRT is connected to a standalone PC running
Windows95 and uses Dial-up Networking with IPX/SPX and TCP/IP. The Adtran XRT is
configured to use both B channels when dialing the PM2e. The user is setup on the
PM2e as an IPX user(ipxnet fffffffe).

Problem:
When I dial the PM2e, it looks like it's not authenticating and drops the connection
immediately. How can I make this connection using both "B" channels of the ISDN line
and also utilizing TCP/IP and IPX/SPX.

Working but....
If I remove the "ipxnet fffffffe" from the user profile(non ipx), then it will
connect with both B channels but with TCP/IP only. If I add back the "ipxnet
fffffffe" to the user profile and change the Adtran to use one B channel, then it
will connect but at 64k instead of 128k.

I would appreciate any help from anyone. Thank you.
