Something like this:

DEFAULT0 Auth-Type = "System", Prefix = "P", Framed-Protocol = PPP
etc

DEFAULT1 Auth-Type = "System", Framed-Protocol = PPP
etc

DEFAULT2 Auth-Type = "System", Prefix = "P"
etc

DEFAULT3 Auth-Type = "System"
etc

0 - PAP/CHAP, prefix P - PPP
1 - PAP/CHAP, no prefix on username - PPP
2 - prompt/script login, prefix P - PPP
3 - prompt login, no prefix on username - shell

If you have anyusers using a prefix to login I recommend DEFAULT0 - someone
is bound to start using PAP/CHAP and not drop the prefix.

BTW, the hint is also sent if you have a Host: prompt before the user/passwd
prompts and the user enters PPP. But that is rare.
