I use to avoid NT too, but it kind of difficult now. I have extreme
difficulties finding good UNIX gurus in my area of Germany. When it comes
to NT though I have an endless supply - military folks! My HQ is next to
a military base (Spangdahlem/Bitburg) and I have no troubles finding
military NT qualified parttime personnel. Fulltime is another story. I
will allways keep a UNIX box close at hand.
