Possibilities - if you were tight on RAM the additional card might put you
over (not likely though). I'd try it with 3.3.3 since 3.3.2 seemed to be
flaky for some people.

That's not the way we ship them from here. It sounds like it was opened
and transfered to a new box at least. Some resellers have done things
like purchased a PM-2e-30 and then sold it as a PM-2e-10 and resold the
2 expansion cards. We've been fighting this kind of behavior and would
appreciate information. If a reseller tries to sell you anything and
it isn't boxed like we ship things, I'd demand a unit as shipped from
Livingston.
