First of all, get it from /pub/ts/ not /pub/beta/
Second, both are unreadable quiet deliberately. But you can still 'get' the
file just fine.
Third, 3.5c2 was not meant as a wideopen release. I'd only use it if you
are having problems with 3.5. That's why it isn't in a public dir - we
don't want just anyone grabbing it and thinking it is the latest open
release.
