THe only bad experience I've had with Livingston Technical Support is a
callback that took about four weeks. When I finally got a call back, the
tech said that my ticket had scared most of them because of the content (I
was having some very technical OSPF problems).
Other than that, Livingston has been very prompt and extremely helpful.
