It had to happen! Someone would feel shafted...

I would send a request for new boxes perhaps, or if you can get the latest
betas for the ComOS. Also what is the memory and buffer usage?

Are you running OSPF, RIP, VLSM? How is your local network? Perhaps a
hub is flaking out? Sometimes the obvious solution (the PM3 is a piece of
shit) isn't the right one...
