Hardware Problem

I'm having a problem with a 5BRI card, the card is new from the
manufacturer, and when I plug the individual BRI into the box it works
great, but when I try to plug into the HDBRI port, 2 of the 5 BRI
don't work. I thought it was a cable problem at first, so I took the
cable from a neighboring 5 BRI and still same problem. (Fast light
flashing on 2 of the BRI, other 3 accept the SPIDs and work fine)
question is, do I return it to the manufacturer or do I speak with
Livingston? Which would give faster service?
