You know, David...that's a very good idea. I think I'll do the same
tomorrow morning (I'd have done it right now, but I didn't pay the $6,500
for the privilege of calling support and opening tickets at 10 pm.) Seems
like I opened a "ticket" with Marty about this 6-8 weeks ago and he said
he'd pass my message on to the person who was handling the T-shirts. Hmmm.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I think after I open my ticket with support
about the T-shirt, instead of waiting for someone to call me back, I'll
drive over to Livingston and save them some postage. I'll bring my laptop
and cellphone and get some work done while I wait. I'd probably better
bring my copy of the ISP Survey form promising the shirt along with me, in
case the receptionist gets irritated with the long-haired guy with tattoos
sitting in her lobby and decides to call the police. Then when the police
come, I can file a consumer fraud report or something as I explain why I
won't leave.

In fact, I think I'll head over there now. No wait...guess I can't. I
didn't pay the $6,500
come-sit-in-our-lobby-while-you-wait-for-support-after-hours fee. Sigh.

As you can tell David, I've had a rough day too. Funny how the little stuff
like this starts festering after awhile and really pisses one off. Guess it
has to do with broken promises. Oh well, I'll post to the list when I get
settled into the lobby sometime Friday. E-mail me your ticket number
regarding the t-shirt and I'll see if I can collect for you as well.
