Our PM3 PRI Status LEDS are both (green and red)
ON. Installation manual suggests that the D channel
might be down... Anyhow, the box is working all right!

Is this normal?? It used to be Green - ON, Red - OFF,
but I just upgraded from 3.5c6 to 3.5.1b18, maybe this
has something to do with it?
