Hmm. No, I think I'll skip the drive to St. Louis <g>! It's a little
farther than Pleasonton. But I'll print your e-mail as evidence that you've
asked me to act as your agent in the matter of collecting the Livingston
t-shirts that are owed.
If I'm unsucessful in the mission, next week I'll file a small claims suit
in the Alameda municipal court on our behalf asking for Livingston to either
produce the shirts or pay whatever the value of a screened t-shirt is. If
it comes to that, I'll post here so any member of the "class" can e-mail me
their pertinent info. We'll have to keep the total value of all outstading
shirts under $5k, else we can't use small claims court.
Well, we'll see what happens. I'm expecting the "we ran out" excuse, but
then again, I've never run in to anyone who actually HAS received a shirt
(although MegaZone or someone mentioned that they didn't like the shirt
because it had an old graphic of a Mac screen shot or something...)
