Hi

I have a problem on logging system of connection time. One of my customers
claimed he overcharged. He said, Even he disconnected the modem line,
the log showing he still on the line. He said when he stopped his internet
connection, he stopped the dialup network for disconnection on his
Windows95 system. We do not think he telling a lie, because we tried
ping to him and did not get any answer from him, eventhough we could see
he was on the line using pmwho.
We are using RADIUS 1.6 on Linux 2.0.27 and ComOS3.3.1 on PM25.
I think ComOS could not detect he disconnected.
We would appreciate if you could give a good solution for this problem.
