New Point to Point T-1 Locking u

We recently fought a T1 problem. This was a new site; it came up and worked
fine for a couple of weeks and then died. Of course, ameritech said they saw
no problem. The solution was that the T1 had been set up with AMI encoding;
we had ordered (and configured the adtran TSUs) B8ZS.

So, you might check this also.

(Even after we got the T1 encoding corrected, the link wouldn't come up until
they ran loop back tests at all points on the line. For some unknown reason,
that made everything start working)
