Weird PRI stuff

I have included the output of a "sh all" on a PM3 with 2 PRI. It looks
kind of weird. How is it that 4 channels of the second PRI have been
used when not all of the channels of the first one have been? The PRIs
are in a huntgroup, and, as far as I know, the second one is not
directly callable.

This is about 45 minutes after I rebooted the unit (after an uptime of a
couple of months). I had a power failure (and an overloaded UPS that
ran out before I got the generator started), and after the power came
back, the PRI didn't come back. If I called the number, I got a busy
signal (regular, not fast). I tried several things, including
rebooting, but it did not work. I then saw that somehow the ISDN switch
type had changed from ATT-5ESS to something SWISS. I reset that and
rebooted, and nothing happened still. I rebooted again, and it started
working.
