Win NT Service for SysLog

I am currently using the Livingston IRX211 Firewall/Router with my NT
server operating as my webserver and nameserver. I have no Unix machines
in house. I would like to monitor more closely the information that can
be logged when access is denied, etc. I have a program called CLS-SysLog
Daemon which will interrogate my Livingston and log any information that
is set to be logged in the filter. However, this program only operates
if I am logged in to the NT server. That is, it will not run as a
background service so that I can log off as administrator. Any
suggestions?
