I just noticed that Ascend has implemented BACP for the 5.0 release of
their Pipeline products. From what little I know about BACP, it's an open
"standard" protocol that would allow compliant products to have dynamic
bandwidth allocation on BRI connections. It sure would be nice to have the
portmasters support this extension to MPP. In fact, if anyone from
marketing is listening, please consider this a RFE.
