Or has never walked behind an equipment bay. "Equipment Bay? What's that?
Is it near Lake Ontario? Oh...I get it. Well, get me a data sheet on it so
I can write a comparison between an equipment bay and a relay rack...uh,
which one is it that we sell?"
I'm distressed when the VP of Marketing for a VAR manages to go on for
several pages about why one vendor's equipment is better than the other.
I'd respect him more for coming out and saying "We get a nice margin on USR
RAS gear, and we don't sell Livingston anymore, so buy USR stuff, please!"

P.S. Has anyone else noticed that waiting until the end of the day to go
through a mailing list is not the best idea because one tends to be tired
and thus kinda cranky and intolerant? Maybe it's just me, and I should stop
drinking coffee 12 hours a day and have a beer or something.
