The Edgeserver is basically a PC on a card that goes into a slot on the
Total Control hub. The Edgeserver runs Windows NT currently so you can
use NT RAS as a term server. The Netserver will soon have BSDI as another
alternative I guess so you can have a Unix based term server.

I do have an Total Control hub with a Netserver card in it to support X2
technology. I would never have purchased the USR rack if the Netserver
card wasn't based on Livingston Portmaster code.

In the future, I expect to buy all Livingston gear because of price, OSPF
support, and K56Flex support.
