I've got an old morningstar express router sitting on my desk at the
moment. (makes a good paper weight) it's got 5 led's and 2 seven segment
LCD's, the seven segments are great. When it used to die (quite
frequently) the word 'panic' would scroll across them, I did wonder if
they would release a newer version that said 'dont panic' when all was
well but they never did. They just flash seemingly randomly in an
attempt to indicate traffic volume (i.e. when all segments of both are
completely on it is time to upgrade the connection !!)
