K56flex - anythign that *really* is K56flex compatible will work with
the 56K PM-3 modems.
Word is Rockwell shipped out ~50,000 masked ROM chipsets that are not
really K56flex and cannot be upgraded - before they switched to shipping
FLASH ROM based units.
