Right, the PM-2R/2ER was meant as a POP-in-a-box to eliminate the need for
an extra router. But it was only meant for POPs with 60-90 ports - certainly
not as a feed router for a main site.

Also consider the OR-HS as compared to the IRX - depends on if you feel you
need the expandability and features the IRX has that the OR does not.
