Once upon a time Tim Tsai shaped the electrons to say...
>We're trying to support an ISDN user that wants to use both callback and
>on-demand. This effectively gives them a dedicated connection without
>tying up the phone line 24/7 (which is not practical given the new
>BellSouth metered ISDN rates).

>Can it be done? Do I simply set up a callback user and an on-demand
>user? Would they conflict in anyway?

There is no such thing as an 'on-demand user' - dial on demand uses a
location table.

You may be able to set up one location table for on-demand, and use the
same table as the dialback location too. Normally dialback location table
entries are set for 'manual' but I think this might work.
