PM2 connecting to port 1642

All of my Portmasters are pounding one of my UNIX servers with TCP
connection requests to port 1642. I searched the list archives, and see
that is supposed to mean the PM has a port configured for in.pmd login.
However, I've never used in.pmd, and all my ports are configured for
rlogin. I did a 'set all service_login rlogin' on a couple of the
offending PMs just to be sure, and as expected, I got "Login service
changed from rlogin to rlogin" on every port.

What's even more odd is some of the PMs are trying to connect to an old IP
address that is no longer in use, and I can't see anything in those PM's
configurations that indicates they know about that address.

Is there anything I can do to stop this?
