We have had our first pm3 in production for about 3 weeks now. It has been
nothing but grief. Approximately 20% of our client base is haveing a
connection problem to the pm3. Our efforts to go through Livingston
support were typical, 2 days later and you get a call. Anyway, I thought
we had a fix with COM OS 3.5.1b16 but there was still some disturbing
problems. For example, a modem called a Zoltrix HSP uses the computers CPU
for some functions. When a client with this modem connected to the pm3
the clients computer completely froze. Since we have a lot of those modems
in our regioin we had to go back to .c6 and deal with the other problems.

Our solution now is to give the client the number for the analog hunt
group.

I have been waiting for Livingston to provide the fix. It is the only
solution, I have tried everything else. This experience has been very very
frustrating!

Make sure you have a ticket open with Livingston so you can get
pm3_3.5.1b17 or b18 a.s.a.p.
