Upgrading is an issue - if the need is ever there to replace the main
board with an upgraded board.

Well, you could pull the main board from the new unit, swap it with the old
one, and send the new chassis+old board back... Of course RMA might kill
me for suggesting this...
Oh wait - I think the serial number sticker for the unit is on the CHASSIS.
I think that might be an issue...
