First of all there are a few different IRX models you can choose from:

Single Ethernet
---------------
IRX-111 One T1/E1 port
IRX-112 One T1/E1 port, one 64k port
IRX-114 Two T1/E1 ports, two 64k ports

Dual Ethernet
-------------
IRX-211 One T1/E1 port

Most of these will allow you to handle multiple lines, and the IRX's can
be upgraded to 16Mb of RAM (the OR's are stuck at 1Mb). I believe this is
the main issue. The IRX can do BGP Internet routing, while the OR can't.

The Office Routers come in only two models (for the sync. routers - there
are async. and isdn ones also):

Single Ethernet
---------------
OR-HS One T1/E1 port
OR-LS One 384k port
