Dial into it, login as root and do a show netconns. Then reset
all the connections for port 23 (reset nx -- where x is the 'hnd' value).
We get the same problem when someone uses the Win'95 telnet client to
login into a portmaster. It leaves hung telnet sessions quite frequently
in my experience.
