We just got a Livingston ISDN Office Router and I'm trying to get it
it to accept a callback from our PM2 here at main office.
We have an ISDN BRI which is unmetered hooked up to our PM2 and a BRI at
our remote office which is metered at $0.01 / min after 320 hours on
outgoing calls only. Incoming is unmetered. What we want to do is have the
Office Router call our PM2, disconnect, and answer the call and finish
logging in. Can the Office Router accept an Callback? If so, how do I set
it up? It's already configured with the SPIDs and all that jazz and we can
connect to the PM2, I'm just trying to figure this out.
Here is my entry in the users file:
test Password = "password"
Service-Type = "Callback-Framed-User",
Callback-Id = "myid"
Callback-Number = "5551212"
Framed-IP-Address = xxx.xxx.xxx.ab,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.240,
Framed-Route = xxx.xxx.xxx.aa/28 xxx.xxx.xxx.ab
This will only do 64k, can I use Callback-Number = "5551212&5551213" for
128k? I'm not to concerned about the framed routing at the moment, I just
threw this entry together to see if I can get the OR to answer it.
Any help is appreciated.
