discrepancy on PM3

We have a PM3 with ComOS 3.5c6. I am seeing a discrepacy between pmconsole
(version 3.5.1) and telnetting to the box. In pmconsole I get framing
errors on all of the ports. But when I telnet to the box this is what I get
