Once upon a time Leonard shaped the electrons to say...
>I have the PM3 set up for incoming analog calls to have IP addresses
>assigned from the IP pool taken from a.b.c.d. At the same time, I'd like
>to have a ISDN client come in and via radius get assigned an IP address
>subnet (say 16 ip addresses - subnet /28) which is from e.f.g.h

Ok, no problem.

>I'm pretty sure the PM3 can build the routes downwards, but how do I get

yes.

>it to update my central LAN router that it's the next hop to get to the
>corporate client's subnet? Actually, the PM3 first has to update itself
>to let in packets destined for the isdn subnet. I understand EIGRP can do

It updates itself immediately. EIGRP is a Cisco proprietary thing - I
don't recommend trying to use it since it only works with Cisco.

Run OSPF - it is open and standard, and it handles this kind of thing
perfectly.
